Gudlevsky wins the 13th game in a row and breaks the MoDo club record

On Wednesday, in the Swedish “Allsvenskan” league, MoDo represented by Latvian goalkeeper Kristeras Gudļevskas and “Almtuna” of Uppsala by striker Georga Golovkov won.

MoDo, represented by Gudlevsky, beat “Sodertalje” of striker Renars Krastenberg tonight with the result 2:1. The 30-year-old Latvian goalkeeper saved 29 shots and scored the only goal in the 15th minute of the second period, capitulating right after Krastenberg’s shot. With the victory in this evening’s duel, Gudlevsky has reached a streak of 13 victories, becoming the new MoDo club record holder in this statistic. No other goalkeeper of the Örnsköldsvik unit had managed to win so many consecutive successes.

In the season as a whole, the Latvian played in 18 matches, in which he saved an average of 92.8% of shots and allowed only 1.76 innings on average. MoDo, represented by him, is the undisputed leader of the championship with 63 points in 25 games.

Meanwhile, the 23-year-old Krastenberg spent 18 minutes and 15 seconds on the court tonight, during which he scored four times, blocked one opponent’s shot and finished the game with a positive efficiency (+1). The Latvian scored two goals and provided seven assists in a total of 24 games in the season.

Elsewhere, Georg Golovkov’s Almtuna beat Kristianstad 4-0 at home for their third win in the last four matches. Golovkov assisted on the team’s first goal to help open the scoreboard. In a total of 21 minutes in the game, the Latvian scored once and finished the match with a positive efficiency coefficient (+1). This season, Georgs has scored 15 (6+9) points in 25 games as part of “Almtuna”.
