Fedecoltenis defined the venue where Colombia will receive the United Kingdom for the 2023 Davis Cup

From February 3 to 4, 2023 Colombia will host the tennis delegation of United Kingdom to play the qualifying phase of the Davis Cup 2023.

The best of five matches between the South American and the Europeans will be able to get excited about advancing to the final phase of the competition, in which the world tennis powers are in their male branch.

With the home team in their favour, Colombia and their team captain, Alejandro Fallathey already have everything ready by instruction of the Colombian Tennis Federation (Fedecoltenis) to play cards in the Old Town Country Club Cota in the department of Cundinamarca.

Each of the qualifiers will be contested with two singles matches on the first day; and one doubles match and two singles during the second day, all defined in three sets.

It should be noted that Colombia was among the 12 winning teams of World Group I and that in the 2022 edition the tricolor team was defeated in this instance by the United States with a 4-0 result in the city of Reno (Nevada) and with the participation of Alejandro González.
