Saint-Leopardin-d’Augy. Animation of the Telethon in Saint-Léopardin d’Augy. The associations of Saint-Léopardin-d’Augy and Couzon hosted a telethon in the multipurpose hall of Saint-Léopardin-d’Augy on Saturday. About €1,400 in profits were recorded for the Telethon.

Forty people took part in the two group walks of 5 and 10 km starting from the multipurpose hall. A sponsored race also took place at the Saint-Léopardin-d’Augy school during school time.

The Allier apple crunchers and Anim’Temps Libre were present throughout the afternoon. The former made participants aware of the preservation of local and old fruit varieties. Thanks to the second, the children were able to enjoy activities, make-up and archery.

The Apple Croqueurs had collected the equivalent of 500 liters of apple juice, from a private individual. They had pressed it themselves thanks to the Bourbonnais mobile press, property of the eponymous association. The 500 liters were fully sold, all for the benefit of the AFM Téléthon.
