Tonight in the English Premier League, London “Chelsea” and Manchester “United” teams played their first games after the World Cup break, celebrating certain victories. Chelsea beat Bournemouth 2-0 at home, while United beat Nottingham Forest 3-0.

Kaj Havertz became the main hero of the Londoners, with a goal and an assist. First, the German striker made it 1-0 after Raheem Sterling’s pass, left unmarked in front of goal, before eight minutes later he assisted Mason Mount to complete the final score.

Meanwhile, in the second match of the day, the “United” team had already decided the outcome of the game in the first half. In the 19th minute, after Christian Eriksen’s corner kick, Marcus Rashford scored, but three minutes later, Antony Martial doubled the lead. Despite the fact that the Nottingham team was in the chase, “United” continued to control the course of the match and put an end to any intrigue in the 87th minute. Manchester’s Brazilian duo was successful – Fred scored after Casemir’s pass.

Chelsea managed to end their five-game unbeaten run before the break, but still remain eighth in the table, while United edge closer to the TOP 4 and sit fifth on 29 points.
