Artistic and rhythmic gymnastics: grand finale of the Dsigo World Championship in Ponte di Legno

Ponte di Legno (Brescia) – Great show a Wooden bridge for the DSIGO World Cup (Down Syndrome International Gymnastics Organisation) dwomen’s artistic gymnastics e male e rhythmic gymnastics. Today is scheduled for grand finale of the event which sees at the Palazzetto dello Sport in Ponte di Legno (Brescia), well eight nations: Italy, Argentina, Bulgaria, Lithuania, Mexico, New Zealand, Spain e South Africa.
The event opened the other night with the fashion show, yesterday training and competitions, today the finals and the awards. Among the most applauded athletes, Mario Gabossi from Artistica Brescia, a gymnast from Piamborno, stands out. The national team is made up of Claudio Fabiani (Fit Together), Mario Gabossi (Artistica Brescia), Riccardo Maino (Strength and Courage), Gianpietro Zanchi (Fortebraccio) for men’s artistic gymnastics; Asja Abate and Alice Beccari (Sorriso Riviera), Roberta Battistoni (Judo Frascati) for women’s gymnastics, Daniela Cotogni (Gymnasium Montemario) for rhythmic gymnastics.
Today is the grand finale of the event which is giving prestige to Ponte di Legno and Valle Camonica, which is increasingly the reference point for international competitions.
