Kim Pan-gon officially appointed as the new coach of the Malaysian National Team to replace Tan-Cheng Hoe.
BOLASPORT.COM – The Malaysian national team coach, Kim Pan-gon, received strong criticism from the owner of Johor Darul Takzim.
Previously, Kim complained that many players did not want to join the Malaysian national team ahead of the 2022 AFF Cup.
Moreover, some of these players are important actors who brought the Malaya Tigers squad to qualify for the 2023 Asian Cup.
In fact, this is the first time in his career that a key player has refused to join the national team.
“Yes, in my career this is the first time. I have to be positive.”
“I can see more players that we have explored talent and I can see them in person, helping and convincing them,” said Kim Pan-gon.

The Malaysian national team summoned 41 players to join the training camp.
However, from the row of names, there were 12 players who finally declared their resignation.
