Lionel Messi carried big ambitions when he led the Argentine national team in the tournament in Qatar.
The superstar is determined to produce a title at his last World Cup.
“This is my last World Cup, for sure,” Messi said.
In order to fulfill his ambition to win a trophy, Messi received a ‘weapon’ from Adidas, namely shoes clad in gold.
The shoe, titled X Speedportal Leyenda, was released to celebrate Messi’s career.
The appearance is dominated by gold throughout, white accents for the Adidas logo, and blue and black on the back as a symbol of the representation of the Argentine flag.

Adidas’ latest offering for Messi has reaped the responses of many netizens.
