SANT’ELPIDIO A MARE
Last night, during the targeted prevention and control services of the territory, arranged by the Provincial Command of the Carabinieri of Fermo, aimed at combating predatory crimes, the soldiers of the Carabinieri Station of Monte Urano identified in the municipality of Sant’ Elpidio in Mare parked among other parked cars, a small car turned out to be theft reported a few days earlier by a resident of the area.
Inside the vehicle, the military then noticed the presence of objects suitable for theft as well as for the offense, including an iron baseball bat, telescopic cutters, a machete, an axe, screwdrivers, pliers and more. The vehicle found was returned to its rightful owner and the recovered tools were seized. Investigations aimed at identifying any users of this vehicle have been launched. Citizens are invited to actively participate in safety by reporting suspicious cars or anomalous situations worthy of further investigation.
