The Sports Institute of the State of Aguascalientes (IDEA) and the Aguascalientes Tennis Association awarded the prizes to the first places of the Skull Festival Tennis Tournament 2022.
A total of 120 tennis players from various parts of the Republic such as Guanajuato, Jalisco, San Luis Potosí, Zacatecas, Mexico City and Aguascalientes, as well as some other foreigners from Russia and Japan.

This contest was held in singles and doubles modalities, in categories of novices, A, B, C, D, professionals and professionals D, so the quality was undisputed in each of the commitments developed.
Without a doubt, this competition was led by Sonoran Luis Alfonso Pineda, who won the championship in singles and doubles.
After a great day of matches, Tania Alvarado was also established as the winner of the women’s novice category, while Jimena Reyes did the same in category D, Elani Esparza won in C and Valeria Carbajal in B.

For its part, in women’s doubles, category D, Araceli García and Siddharta Gutiérrez won the title by beating Alicia Mendoza and Mónica Gutiérrez in the final by partials of 6-3 and 6-0.
In men’s singles, Jonathan González won the championship in the rookie category, Juan Carpintero won in D, Adrián Díaz won in C, César Elías won in B and Fernando Rodríguez was champion in A.
In the men’s doubles, Jonathan Klevier and Darío Valdés won in category D, Saúl and Oscar Zapata won in C, Julio Ceja and Oscar Domenzain did the same in B, and Alejandro López and Michel Castorena in A.
