Luis Sinisterra does not rule out a return to Feyenoord. The Colombian left for Leeds United last summer, but is considering returning to De Kuip someday.
Sinisterra recently said goodbye to the Feyenoord fans. In an interview with the club channels, he now looks back: “It was four wonderful years. There were also lesser moments, but we managed to overcome them together. I am very grateful to Feyenoord and the entire club. I am happy the club has grown as a player in every way. I’ll never forget.”
The Colombian winger gives fans hope for a reunion. “Hopefully this will be my home forever. I’m not saying bye, but see you later. Maybe I’ll come back in the future. I would love it if that happened, but it was time for the next step in my career. I wish the team a great season. They’re doing great. I wish everyone the best.”
Sinisterra indicates that he will continue to monitor Feyenoord’s performance. “I try to stay informed as much as possible and to follow as many matches as possible. Sometimes that is difficult, because we often play around the same time, but I always check the app.”
