The Saint-Geniès/Murviel tennis club takes part in the Hérault departmental championship. Five club teams have signed up for the women’s and men’s competitions in this championship with convincing results. The women’s team finished 5th in their pool. As for the men’s team over 55, reigning champions, they finished third in the pool. The men’s pennant team also took third place in the group and fails 1 point from the climb while team 2, finishing last in its group, will play in the 4th division next season. Only team 3 goes up to the 4th division by finishing first in its pool. The course continues in the round of 16. The competitors carried the colors of the two villages throughout the Hérault, with the sole motto of good humor and the pleasure of sport.
