Pierre Papy tries to find a compromise

The best was promised to him. When he finished third in the minimal French championships (-60 kg) in 2017, the Ambazac Pierre Papy was one of the most beautiful promises of Limousin judo. But a long series of injuries (wrist, shoulder, finger, vertebra) relegated him to the shadows during his younger years. White seasons synonymous with black years. “I had a big growth spurt that made my joints more fragile,” he explains. There was bad luck and a part of my responsibility: each time, I came back to full speed, without listening to the warnings of my body, and I was farting (sic) again”.
