Silao of Victory
The Silao Limeras quintet opened actions of the Bajío Basketball Circuit Tournament with a victory against their similar “Cajeteras de Celaya”, in a duel held in the auditorium of the Los Eucaliptos Sports Center.
The Municipal President Carlos García Villaseñor was in charge of kicking off the actions of the Cibabaj Women’s Tournament, where the Silao team participated in said competition for the first time.
The local team Limeras de Silao faced the Cajeteras de Celaya, in an intense game that took place at the Sports Center facilities.
Prior to the actions, the first Edil Carlos García Villaseñor, gave the “Limeras” the team shirts with which they competed for a place in this outstanding competition.
In a close game, the Limeras Silao won the championship in the second game of the Women’s Basketball Tournament with a score of 78 against 74.
