The disservices of the Legnano gyms are making themselves felt again. On this occasion it was the gymnasium in via Calatafimi that in the cold and frost hosted the Judo course for disabled children of the ANFFAS Association.
Legnano – Here we go again, punctual like Swiss watches, the problems related to the use and the state of the sports facilities in Legnana re-propose, with serious damage to their users.
This time it is the case of gymnasium in via Calatafimi, home for many years now of the Judo Club Legnano, which this morning, as happens once a month, was occupied by the masters of the Legnanese society who were holding a lesson at the disabled children of ANFFAS. After informing the ASSB who in turn informed theMunicipal Sports Office of Legnano and the company that manages the Euro.Pa plantsthe bitter discovery, when the gymnasium opened, that the heating had not been turned onand by the employees of the gymnasium itself who probably had not been informed in turn. An incredibly complex process for an operation of disarming simplicity, a clear sign of how sport in Legnano still has a long way to go to reach acceptable levels.
The vice president Nando Bizzarri, historical figure of Legnano judo, welcomes us to the gym with a smile despite everything, recounting the vicissitudes in which the Judo Club Legnano continues to operate, moreover with success: “After making the usual requests, this morning we introduced ourselves and we had this unwelcome surprise, a cold gym and many ANFASS boys ready to begin our usual workout. The gym was obviously freezing but we didn’t lose heart and we started anyway before the heating system was turned on”.
In any case, the problems are not only those that have emerged today, for some time the gymnasium in via Calatafimi has been in a state of serious discomfort and this despite the fact that the judo club has invested considerable resources.
It’s still Nando Bizzarri to explain the difficulties in which he operates: “When it rains, the attached photographs clearly demonstrate the leaks, the drainage channel is blocked and the water seeps through the panels which have already been replaced four times, we are forced to put buckets and umbrellas to contain the damage but objectively it is impossible continue like this, from a sporting point of view the Judo Club Legnano is achieving important results but working in this environment is becoming increasingly difficult.
I understand that these problems are not just ours, the complaints come from all sports, but we demand a definitive intervention, by now the reports have been made without ever having obtained a comprehensive answer, I am also willing to take a crane and solve the question, the problem is that I can’t do it for purely bureaucratic reasons.
We have done several interventions in this gym, we have put money without ever asking the Municipal Administration for anything, but in this case the indications we have given are clear and precise, the time has come to definitively resolve the issue”.
