Jazz on fire, Rudy Gobert and Donovan Mitchell are destroyed!

To everyone’s surprise, Utah has been among the best teams since the resumption of competition. And this while the franchise can no longer count on Rudy Gobert and Donovan Mitchell… The two stars were also cut after the success against the Lakers.

Along with the Blazers, the Jazz is undeniably the biggest surprise of the start of the season. While the Mormons were waiting for it in the bottom of the Western Conference, they are currently in third position with a superb record of 7 wins and three losses. Their recent victory against the Lakers perfectly illustrates how badly they are: 130 points scored at 50% shooting (42% from afar) and 31 assists.

A rather crazy observation, when we know that Rudy Gobert and Donovan Mitchell both left the ship during the summer. This was to announce the end of a cycle for Salt Lake City, but it is not so thanks to newcomer Lauri Markannen (22 points, 9 rebounds and 3 assists per game). Impossible to know if the success of the Jazz will last a long time, but the group of the neo-coach Will Hardy has in any case conquered the local public. We can only wish the Mormons that this popularity can continue, because everyone always expects them to finish high in the next draft.
