A 24-year-old convict from Trapani was placed under house arrest by the Paceco carabinieri for repeated violations of the measure of the residence obligation, already issued against him, by the Court of Appeal of Palermo. A 28-year-old from Valdericino, on the other hand, was subjected to a ban on approaching the injured person with the use of an antistalking bracelet.
The young man, in fact, had been denounced by his ex-partner as victims of persecutory acts by the ex-boyfriend. The 28-year-old had already been surprised by the military with the weapon, last July, in possession of a prohibited knife, a baseball bat and a large iron pipe.
