Cyclist beat Zárate Básquet and leads the table

With a great production, Ciclista Juninense defeated Zárazte 83-62 and was the leader of the Southern Conference of the Argentine Basketball League. Among those coached by Daniel Jaule, Franco Chiabotto with 15 and Facundo Gerez with 13 were the scorers while during the visit Agustín Brocal stood out with 16, the scorer of the game.

The start of the game was even for both teams, the goalscoring was low, and with 5 minutes left to finish the first period, Cyclist was winning 14-5. With the passing of the minutes the visit equalized the score at 14 and then closed it with a double from Caponi, 14-16. A double from the visit opened the second quarter, to stay in front for a few minutes.

With a triple by Larraza, Ciclista was able to equalize the game at 26 with 5.13 remaining to end the period. Those led by Jaule found the shot and remained in a solid defense leading Zárate to have several losses and commit fouls that favored the locals to be able to go comfortably at halftime, winning 38-26.
