There is a role for all the players depending on the moment of the match. We work as a real team,” Itziar Llobet, one of the players who has experienced this whole streak, acknowledges to ARA .

Led by Isaac Fernández on the bench, the Barça CBS project has been growing for years. “This is my fourth year in the project. I arrived when we were in the Women’s League 2 and then we went through the Challenge Women’s League. The goal is to consolidate this project and that in the long run it can be one of the powers of the competition. The dream would be to play in a European competition such as the Euroleague or the Eurocup,” explains Llobet.

The presence of fans is very hopeful. “We have connected well with the people. In the Barcelona area there is a lot of passion for basketball, and this can be seen in the stands. The atmosphere is very good and the people help us a lot. We are getting people hooked,” says Llobet .
