The break for the non-internationals of Sporting Anderlecht is over. Tomorrow the Purple & White selection will take the plane to Crete for the traditional winter training. It lasts until December 6 and Anderlecht will play two friendly matches on the spot. Anderlecht will practice against OFI Crete on Saturday and Panetolikos GFS will be the opponent next Tuesday. On December 10, Anderlecht will play a friendly match in Spain against Real Sociedad, number 3 in La Liga. Anderlecht will conclude on December 14 with a match against Rakow Czestochowa at Neerpede, which is the leader of the Polish league.

Not on the Brussels-Heraklion flight: Wesley Hoedt and Sebastiano Esposito. Those two players have made themselves impossible within the group in recent months and can look forward to another club. Inter Milan is eagerly looking for a solution for Esposito, who was rented out to Anderlecht for one year at the beginning of this season. Salernitana is mentioned as a possible track, that club is currently twelfth in Serie A. Wesley Hoedt would then be in the interest of Vitesse, number 13 in the Eredivisie.

Due to the absence of Vertonghen, Debast and N’Diaye, the young Ethan Butera is also allowed to go on an internship to Crete. Also not yet present in Greece: a new T1.
