Titled “Zero Gravity Football Game”, this very special football game – taking the game to a place where no player has ever gone – is the first of its kind and awarded a Guinness World Record.
The alien game was played between 2 teams of 4 players. Football legend Luis Figo, along with 7 former champions from the Middle East, Europe and Latin America, earned a spot on this historic flight.
The 49-year-old Figo, the world’s best footballer in 2000, played for top clubs such as Sporting Lisbon, Barcelona, Real Madrid and Inter Milan. He played 127 times for Portugal.
The heavenly party on a 75 m² field in an airplane was finished on August 20, this week Guinness World Records shared the images. Ecological and economic questions can be raised about the stunt.
