Buedingen (red). “In the school sports halls on the Dohlberg, adults, children and young people have the opportunity to try out (almost) all sports from the repertoire of the Büdinger sports clubs,” writes the city in a statement. Thanks to the support of nine Büdinger clubs, the offer is varied and ranges from football to oriental dance and kickboxing.
They initiate three sporting encounter events a week until December 12th.
Anyone who finds exercise more fun when a ball is in play is in the right place on Mondays from 6:45 p.m. to 8:15 p.m. in the team sports offer for adults. Women and men who prefer to have fun exercising alone or in pairs are sure to find something suitable on Mondays from 8:15 p.m. to 9:45 p.m. Whether it’s the classics of football and handball or trendy sports such as karate and judo – in the sports lesson for children from the age of six and young people, fair play is the focus.
