There are two proposals to return first division soccer to the state of Veracruz: Bremer

Businessman Carlos Bremer acknowledged that the return of the Tiburones Rojos soccer team to Veracruz is complicated, after it has several vetoes by the FMF and others; however, he pointed out, there are already two proposals to return an expansion team to the state.

In an interview, prior to the presentation of the Veracruz Red Halcones basketball team, he mentioned that he is in talks with Governor Cuitláhuac García Jiménez to analyze the best proposals to return a soccer team.

“We have several vetoes, I see it as very complicated, but Governor Cuitláhuac García has already given us a lot of responsibility, we are talking and we already have two proposals.”

In that sense, he said that he also has investments in the new Halcones Rojos basketball team, for which he reiterated his support for the sport and promoting it in the state of Veracruz with the support of the state government.

It should be remembered that the Tiburones Rojos team is banned, the name, the logo and the colors by the Mexican Football Federation (FMX), this due to debts from the previous owner Fidel Kuri Grajales, for which he was in jail.
