Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback Tom Brady, and his wife, Gisele Bundchenhave hired divorce lawyers, reported Page Six on Tuesday.

Information in recent weeks ensures that the two have been living separately after an argument. The reason for the dispute is unknown, but according to reports, Bundchen would be upset, in part, by Brady’s decision to give up retirement and return to the NFL yet another season, the 23rd of his career.

“Obviously I have my concerns: this is a very violent sport, and I have my children and I would like him to be more present,” he said. Brady landed at No. 9 on Forbes’ list of the highest-paid athletes of 2022, with the publication pegging his annual salary at $83.9 million, $52 million in endorsements. When he retires, he has a job waiting for him as the number one football analyst at FOX Sports, where he signed a 10-year, $375 million deal.
