A weekend with a bang, the last one, for the Sakura Judo of Ponte San Giovanni, which confirming its international identity, was the protagonist of an internship in Germany. In Tubingen to be precise, a twin city with Perugia where the judokas of Ponte San Giovanni (about 20 athletes) participated in an international stage (with German, Austrian, Polish, Swiss and Swedish participants and technicians) and where they were invited to give an acrobatic judo lesson.
International internship Lesson that the master Roberto Sabatini managed and held masterfully and which recorded a record attendance of participants and consensus from all those present at the stage. In particular by the French teacher Roux, principal teacher of the internship and former coach of the French, Russian and English (women’s) national teams. Roux himself complimented the master Sabatini and the Sakura judoka, hoping for the possibility of meeting again together on the tatami mats. A very high level recognition by one of the most appreciated technicians in the world, who during his lessons always used the Perugian judokas as helpers (uke) in explaining the techniques.
Federal coach pants Fijlkam Another important satisfaction came from the Federal Olympic Center of Lido di Ostia, where, on Saturday 24th, the president Daniele Calzoni, after a week of intense lessons, anticipated by a substantial theoretical test in July, brilliantly passed the exam by Federal Judo trainer Fijlkam, thus putting a further brick on the growth of the company and its members. Still many satisfactions, therefore, for the company of Ponte San Giovanni which resumed its lessons in the gym in via Benucci, 109 with an increasing number of members.
