Registration is open for archery courses for children and adults at the Luigi Buzzi Social Center (via S.Margherita 32) in Robilante.
Archery, which is one of the oldest forms of hunting practiced by man, has always been considered a martial art and has nowadays become an Olympic sport.
The peculiarities of this activity, in addition to the technique and the gesture, are certainly the learning of proprioception, correct posture, control of precision movements, discipline, concentration and anxiety management (stress coping techniques). This makes it a perfectly complementary sport to team sports as it completes the training of the young athlete.
All these features are useful to accompany children in a healthy and balanced growth.
Please note that all the equipment necessary for carrying out the sporting activity will be made available to new members at no additional cost.
