Nike Implements Actions Against Resellers; they will be bulletined

The clothing and tennis brand Nike put a stop to resellers e implement actions against those who buy large quantities of product and then offer them at an exorbitant price.

After it went viral that those who managed to obtain the most coveted tennis or apparel releases, and then resell them, were the influencers at Nike, such as the son of the company’s former North American director, Ann Hebert, or those who use bots, the company decided to put letters in the matter.

Given the hoarding purchases of product, to later increase its price, Nike implemented new terms of sale and penalties against abusive consumers, according to the information medium Wall Street Journal.

The actions that Nike will implement against resellers were launched this month and consist of limiting purchases and detecting violators will have their order canceled or restocking fees, that is, fees for changes or returns, will be denied and they will be prevented from accessing stores, being bulletined.
