According to the club, Kramer has suffered bleeding in the capsule and a partial rupture in the front outer ligament of the ankle.
When asked, head coach Daniel Farke (45) said: “I hope that all the players who suffered after the derby will be available again on Saturday in Wolfsburg. Our squad isn’t big enough for us to be able to cope with even more absences.”
The foals are visiting VfL Wolfsburg on Saturday (October 15, 3:30 p.m.).
With Ko Itakura (25), Florian Neuhaus (25) and Hannes Wolf (23), Borussia already has three long-term injuries, which the Fohlen-Elf will most likely not be available for any competitive game this year.
