Colombia thrashed Tanzania and is a semi-finalist in the Under 17 World Cup!

The Colombian U-17 Women’s National Team continues to write great history in the U-17 Women’s World Cup that takes place in Indiathe Tricolor now convincingly thrashed Tanzania 3-0 and advanced to the semi-finals of the tournament where they will face Nigeria.

Colombia went with everything from the beginning and managed to open the scoring very early. Just at minute 3′ came a great goal by Linda Caicedo who, after a pass from Gabriela Rodríguez, hit the ball before goalkeeper Makau’s bailout.

About minute 89′ Tanzania lost another player by red card after Luhala was sent off.

Next Wednesday Colombia will define its passage to the final of the U-17 Women’s World Cup against Nigeria.
