Cantal: focus on the Ayrens’Tonic association

Recently, the Retraite Sportive Ayrens’Tonic association held its general assembly in the presence of Jean-Claude Glandierrepresenting the Departmental Committee for Sports Retirement, and Catherine Hedon1st Deputy Mayor of Ayrens.

In her moral report, the President, Ginette Combes, underlined that the 2021-2022 season had been able to take place in good conditions despite some constraints due to the Covid. She also recalled the objectives of the association, that is to say to allow as many people as possible to practice a sporting activity thanks to a contribution within the reach of all (43 € for the current season).

Five proposed activities

This year again five activities are offered: archery, dancing, hiking, gymnastics and aquagym.

Gilbert Faure will carry out the training in order to obtain the Federal certificate of hiking animator.

Activity and financial report

Ensuite Marie Fabregues presented the activity report for the 2021-2022 season: 113 members took the license. All the planned events were able to take place normally (telethon, visit to the Saint-Étienne-Cantalès dam, spring meal, fitness day in Brommat, archery challenge, end-of-season meal).

Rene Delbos, treasurer, detailed the deficit income statement for the 2021/2022 financial year. The deficit was entirely covered by the surpluses of the two previous years despite the rental of the gymnasium in Naucelles for archery and the “gifts” granted to members.

All Reports were adopted unanimously.

In the various questions, the president thanked the municipality for the installation of the archery net as well as for the subsidy of 200 € which was allocated to the association.

In addition, she announced that next season, member registrations would only be made during hotlines which would take place in July and August at the Ayrens multipurpose hall.
