He could and still can do it in the ring. Floyd Mayweather has known fifty professional boxing matches. He didn’t lose. Now he has occasional exhibitions where he earns millions of dollars and goes home again. This is exactly the case in Japan, where the American also found time to go shopping and show off his wealth spectacularly.

Mayweather is preparing for Sunday’s exhibition bout with Mikuru Asakura, yet the 45-year-old boxer has gone on a spending spree. And it was probably not a small amount. He shared a video on Instagram of himself counting cash at a Louis Vuitton store in Tokyo. And it took him a long time. Finally, he showed the package he had with him.

Mayweather appears to be more focused on spending the money he will earn from his exhibition duel at the Super Rizin event than on training. “Shopping and counting cash is part of my daily routine,” the American captioned the video.

Even so, he let out something from his boxing training before the exhibition. Mayweather is past his prime, but he doesn’t seem to have lost much of his speed. As you can see, the reflexes also remained. He is to present them at an event organized by Rizin FF, which organizes the gala evening.

A Sunday exhibition can last up to nine minutes. In these few minutes, he gets a big package, which is why he can also spend lavishly in the shops.

The boxing legend claims he can earn up to $20 million for his exhibition fight. The American confirmed this amount in an interview with the Daily Mail. “I’m going to make a little over $15 to $20 million from this exhibition. So that’s cool. Nine minutes, $20 million, that’s not bad.”
