In the middle of the week of retreat in the mountains in Val Rendena, Vanoli Basket held a scrimmage behind closed doors with the Aquila Basket Trento this afternoon at the BML Group Arena. This new appointment, five days after the first seasonal outing against Pallacanestro Reggiana, another Serie A team, has allowed coach Cavina and his staff to draw new useful information regarding the work done in these first weeks of preparation.
These are the words of the biancoblù coach at the end of the joint training session: “An excellent step forward after the first exit, especially from a defensive point of view, an aspect on which we have worked more in recent days. We paid a little for the intensity and physicality of Trento in the second and third quarters but overall it was an excellent friendly ”.
