While the question of the boycott of the 2022 World Cup in Qatar has come back to the table in recent weeks, the Belgian Football Union has decided to take a first step to denounce all kinds of discrimination in the Emirate. Along with nine other European nations, our national team will ask their captain to wear a ‘OneLove’ armband to send out a clear message to promote inclusion.
The ‘Belgian FA‘, our federation, has not yet communicated on the subject but the English have taken care of revealing the news on their federation’s website and on social networks.
