Sixth win in a row for SG Hänigsen/Sehnde II. The Göttingen Allstars II couldn’t stop Thomas Müller’s team either. On Saturday it’s about the championship title of the Landesliga Süd.
Hänigsen. After a successful series in the final phase with six wins in a row, the SG Hänigsen/Sehnde II won the relay championship in the Landesliga Süd 2 ahead of the Alfeld Greenhorns. At the final appearance, the team around player-coach Thomas Müller could not be stopped by the Göttingen Allstars II; in southern Lower Saxony, the syndicate won the double header 25:11 and 9:0.
“We played offensively in the first game and scored five points in every inning. Especially Luis Steinkampf showed a strong performance as a pitcher,” said Müller.
