Semenistaja wins the doubles competition of the W-25 series tournament in Sardinia

The duo of Semenistaya and Kazakhstan tennis player Zhibeka Kulambaeva, seeded third in the tournament, beat Lu Jiajin from China and Anita Wagner from Bosnia and Herzegovina in the final 6-2, 6-2.

Semenistaja earned 50 world doubles ranking points for winning the competition.

Only two victories were needed to reach the final, as the opponents of the second round or quarter-final did not take the court.

In the semi-finals, the German Katarina Hobgarska and the Italian Angelica Moratelli, who had the second number in the tournament, were beaten 6-4, 7-5.

In the singles competition, Semenistaja, the third racket of the tournament, stopped in the second round.
