After a few months of dormancy due to holidays, archery sessions have resumed for Les archers du Lampy. Marc Goujon the Ufolep instructor welcomed beginners and experienced in the local near the municipal stadium with the pleasure of finding bows and arrows for the old and familiarization with this practice for the new.
The sessions will continue every Friday from 6 to 7 p.m. hours for beginners and from 19 to 20 hours for the confirmed. The culture and leisure card is mandatory : 55 € for adults and 40 € for children.
Why do archery ? Requiring great precision and unfailing self-control, it is a sport entirely recommended for successfully managing your emotions and overcoming stress. A way to learn to control the breath and clear the mind and get rid of tension while being relaxed.
