5 ‘Lifeguard’ athletes from the department of Quindío will participate in the XII South American Games Asunción 2022, which with the participation of approximately 7,000 athletes from the 15 member countries of the South American Sports Organization – Odesur, will be held in Asunción, Paraguay, from 1 to 15 October 2022.
Lina María Raga Prieto in triathlon, Gerard Nicolás Giraldo Villa in athletics, Maria Yulieth Pérez Tangarife in badminton, Clara Juliana Guerrero Londoño in bowling and Sérika Gulumá in cycling, will be the representatives of the ‘Heart of Colombia’ in these international fairs, in which Delegations from Argentina, Brazil, Ecuador, Chile, Uruguay, Panama, Curaçao, Suriname, Peru, Bolivia, Guyana, Aruba, Paraguay, Venezuela and Colombia will participate.
