Antoine Kombouaré, the coach of FC Nantes who won 2-1 against Olympiakos in the Europa League on Thursday, confided his feelings after the match: “It was played on the wire. They also had a lot of situations. We took some risks, if they had played some shots better, we would have been in trouble. But we would have been very disappointed to return (in the locker room) with a draw. And we have a lot of character, of temperament. I like the face we show, this mentality of going all the way, of pushing our limits. We did everything to grab this victory and I think it is fully deserved.»
