Mavericks and Kleber agree on new contract

Dallas – National basketball player Maxi Kleber has signed a new NBA contract with the Dallas Mavericks. This was announced by the team from Texas.

The Mavericks did not announce any details, according to “The Athletic”, the former team of Dirk Nowitzki and Kleber agreed on another three years. Kleber is said to have earned $33 million during this time. The 30-year-old from Würzburg, who did not participate in the current European Basketball Championship in Germany, has been playing in Texas for five years and has averaged 7.1 points, 4.8 rebounds and 1.1 assists per game during this time.

Last season he reached the final of the Western Conference with the team around star player Luka Doncic. The Mavericks then lost to eventual champions Golden State Warriors.
