On Saturday (10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.) the JSV Speyer celebrates ten years of Judomaxx, its hall in Butenschönstraße, with a tournament and hands-on program. It starts with the Heiner Sprau memorial tournament in memory of the father of the Speyer judo miracle. The offspring from white to yellow belt goes on the mat.
This is followed by a mini disco. In the adjoining room there is relaxation (11 a.m.), Taiso, Budo gymnastics (11.45 a.m.) and fitness. (12.30) while a player rally goes on in the parking lot throughout the day. From 2 p.m. to 6 p.m., the JSV offers self-defence for children and parents to try out its course program.
At the same time, games and judo parent hands-on training are running on the mat. At 5.30 p.m. the Speyerers honor deserving members. The anniversary celebration begins at 6 p.m. with a picnic, music and dancing.
