Saint Paulien. Judo and taiso classes have resumed. Classes at the Portes d’Auvergne judo club at the Chomeil dojo have resumed since Monday, September 5 at the following times.
Judo awakening (from 5/6 years old) Wednesday from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m.; Pre-judo (7-9 years old) Tuesday 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. Judo children (10-12 years old), Monday and Friday from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. Judo/Jujitsu (+13 years old), Monday and Friday from 7 p.m. hours to 8:30 p.m.
Taïso (maintenance gym) on Tuesdays from 7 p.m. to 8 p.m.
Fitness/weight training (in the gym from 15 years old) Monday from 6 p.m. to 8:30 p.m., Tuesday from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. and Friday from 6 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
