The former player of Sports Independent Medellin and scorer of the Colombian National Team, Ivan Rene Valenciano, gave a part of tranquility about his state of health. The former striker, who had a physical decompensation before boarding a plane to Barranquilla, confirmed that he is already out of danger.
“First of all, I want to thank God for keeping me alive and gradually recovering my health. I thank my family, friends and everyone who called and wrote to show me their love and affection. Likewise, to the staff of the Colombia Colsanitas University clinic, if it had not been for your attention, we would surely not be here,” said “El Bombardero” in a video posted on his social networks.

This is the first public appearance of the former DIM player and the Junior of Barranquilla after he suffered a fainting spell on September 13 at El Dorado airport in Bogotá, before taking off for Barranquilla.
The bomber was treated by the aircraft’s personnel and, later, he underwent medical tests, including an electrocardiogram.
“I hope to see you very soon, hopefully as soon as possible, and if not, when God decides,” said the former player
The medical center had issued a statement last Saturday, September 17, in which they indicated that the former player had a complication due to high blood pressure.

“After being evaluated by the health professionals of the Emergency Service, acute coronary syndrome and pulmonary thromboembolism were ruled out. The evaluations reported, instead, findings of arterial hypertension, for which it is in complementary studies, ”the clinic had said.
