Formula One (F-1) Mercedes pilot Lewis Hamilton will start the Italian Grand Prix from the last row, Racing News 365 reports.

This decision was made due to changing the engine of his car, for which the driver was penalized by the FIA. During the season, drivers are allowed to use three engines, while in Monza Hamilton will drive with the fourth one, as the third engine of the season was damaged in the previous stage.

For Hamilton, this season could not be called successful, because after 15 rounds he is only sixth in the overall standings with 158 points. The British rider has not won a single stage and has only been on the podium six times.

Practice runs will start today in Monza, while the competition will take place on September 11.
