The love story between Guendalina Tavassi and Umberto D’Aponte began in 2013 with a love at first sight on the train that led from Naples to Milan. A strong and sudden feeling that led them, in the same year, to get married and then to the birth of their two children. But, soon after the second child was born, things began to go wrong. A relationship that degenerates and that leads the woman to communicate to her husband, in 2021, that she wants to separate. D’Aponte takes this news badly by pretending, according to what he learns from the statements of Tavassi herself, also of the epileptic attacks in front of the two children. So the violence for which the man is now on trial.
