No success in R1 and only one defeat at home for Arin Luzien, beaten by St-Paul-lès-Dax (3-1). For their part, St-Pierre-d’Irube in Marmande (1-1) and the Bayonne Crusaders against the Stade Bordelais reserve (0-0) take a good point but with a little frustration.
The first success comes from R2 with the promoted Mauléon who remains on his dynamic of last season by dominating Ygos (2-1, S.Urruty and Orduna). The other three grouped in the same group, did not manage to do as well. The Angloye reserve lost at Andernos (0-2) and the Aviron reserve brought back a good point from Blanquefort (1-1). JA Biarritz, the only team to play at home, was contained by Audenge (2-2, Daguerre and Larroudé).
The derby for Ustaritz
