The draw took place in the Sky Sport studios quarter-final play-offs of the Serie C championship. The three teams that finished the groups (A, B and C) in second place enter the scene, i.e Padua, Torres and Avellinoseeded together with the Carrarese, the team that placed best (third in group B with 73 points) among those coming from the previous round. Home and return matches are played, in the event of a tie, no extra time but the top seed who plays the return match at home advances. The scoreboard that will lead to the final has also been defined.
