Discover the keys to Golmayo’s “ambitious” sports campaign

The sports campaign ‘Golmayo moves’ has experienced its launch this morning for the 2022/2023 season. After counting last year with almost 600 registered -400 children and 200 adults- the town council and its sports monitors set themselves the challenge of exceeding that figure.

For it, Benito Serrano and Juan Carlos Aguilar They have emphasized that this campaign has been “complemented even more, reaching new sports aimed at all audiences”. In this direction, Serrano has also indicated that very affordable prices have been established so that all people have at their fingertips to practice sports.

On this occasion, the season will be divided into three well-differentiated axes: activities for adults, for children taught by the Consistory and for the little ones by the sports clubs of Camaretas and Soria. Regarding the former, Aguilar indicates that some group is expanding, at the same time that The most demanded sports such as Zumba, Pilates or yoga are maintained.

On the other hand, the Golmayo monitor highlights that The multisport activities will be aimed at young people, this year expanding to the children’s category, free of charge. Within this second axis of sports taught by the City Council, badminton, paddle tennis or yoga for children also appear.
