Cups of urine were flying from the stands! Slavia fans were supposed to demolish the stadium. Pilsen files a criminal report

Pilsen decided to publish the statement in connection with the complaints of Slavist fans who did not agree with the tightened security checks in front of the stadium. The security service there challenged the visiting fans in the rain, which was also commented on by the head of the staples, Jaroslav Tvrdík, on Twitter.

“Right at the beginning of Sunday evening, it was necessary to deal with an incident when the visiting fans tried to break through the fire doors, through which they would have reached the sectors intended for home fans,” Pilsen posted on its website with an attached photo.

Plzeň took an early lead in Sunday’s match after a red card for Brazilian Santos and a penalty. Viktoria led 2:0 until halftime. Part of the visiting fans had to turn their frustration into rampage in the stands.

“At half-time, we were informed of a targeted arson attack on the entire sector, as away fans collected and distributed toilet paper rolls and then actually set fire to them and other flammable materials,” the statement continued.

According to the representatives of the home team, the Slavie boiler should have further committed throwing nuts, screws and other connecting material into other sectors and thereby endangering the health of the home spectators.

“The organizing service was subsequently forced to relocate Viktoria fans, including families with children, to other sectors and parts of the stadium in order to protect them and avoid serious injury and to avoid, for example, being doused with cups of beer and urine,” write Viktoria representatives.

“Fans of away clubs are always welcome here, provided they behave themselves of course. In the vast majority of cases, they contribute to the right football atmosphere in our stadium. However, Sunday’s behavior of the fans of the visiting club was definitely not one of these cases,” Plzeň concludes.
