Boca He wore everything: from 0-3 with Patronato and in free fall, to this team that reached the top in just 39 days, that won the classic, the post-classic and that even left offside the -justified- fears of Roman. But he seemed to be right on the 10th in that the Super passes its inexorable bill. Boca paid for it from the start, playing two gears down a Lanús that went out to run for its own subsistence, even though he didn’t know why or where. Or yes, run forward, to the sides, to wherever the ball fell.
Benedetto’s dying goal
The contrast, then, was evident. About 20 seconds later, when a totally unfocused Fabra lost a ball at the start, Blando took it and with a shoe made Rossi react, who luckily was plugged in. It’s true, Boca suffered some absences, because Rolón is not Varela, nor is this Vázquez Benedetto.
