The first edition of the Open des Tangos of the Amicale sportive du Guelmeur, in Brest, took place on Sunday September 4, 2022 at the Forestou gymnasium, in front of more than 200 spectators for the final stages. Despite the absence of the Prenational Ergué-Armel and PL Sanquer teams, this basketball tournament gave rise to a great overall show. The challenge was won by AS Guelmeur 1.
“We have adapted to these absences and each training present has given the best of itself, as part of the preparation for its championship”, pointed out Juan Saliou, the Guelmeurien coach.
In the final against Plougastel, ASG 1 won 37-23 after two ten-minute halves.
The classification is as follows: 1. AS Guelmeur 1; 2. Plougastel; 3. Landerneau; 4. AS Guelmeur 2.
This Sunday, September 11, AS Guelmeur 1 will travel, in a friendly, to Quimper, to meet AS Ergué-Armel (Prenational).
