Archers from Coahuila get a ticket to go to the Pan American – Zócalo Newspaper

Saltillo, Coah.- The Coahuila archers, Dafne Quintero y Sebastian Garciathey got their ticket to participate in the Pan American Archery Championship Santiago de Chile 2022, after passing the national selective control within the compound bow.

Dafne Quintero continues to establish herself as the best goalkeeper in the country in this modality, after finishing in first position, beating Maya Becerra and Mariana Bernalboth representatives of Jalisco.

Meanwhile, Sebastián García finished second in the men’s compound bow, only behind Miguel Becerra of Jaliscowhile Uriel Olverafrom Guanajuato, finished in third position.

Both of them Coahuila archers will participate in this continental contest in Chilean lands next November, where they will fight for the quotas heading to the Pan American Games Santiago de Chile 2023.

For its part, Ana Paula Vazquez Flores and Angel Flores Alanisthey will start their selective control national from September 12 to 17, where they will try to integrate the Mexican team in the modality of recurve bow
